Evaluating the development of an accredited work based learning (AWBL) scheme for A&E nurses
<p>This paper describes a process evaluation of the development of a pilot educational scheme, based on accredited work based learning (AWBL). The aim was to prepare experienced A&E nurses to set up and run two nurse led minor injury units. The development was outlined in a previous paper (Swallow et al 2000).</p>
