Nurses’ knowledge of commonly used drugs: a clinical audit
<p>As a newly qualified nurse in a busy A&E department, I made two relatively minor drug errors in my first week. These incidents indicated a deficit in my knowledge and I realised that, as a nursing student, I had received little formal pharmacological training.</p>
