Paediatric torus fracture

<p>Fracture injuries in children account for up to 20 per cent all of paediatric attendances to emergency departments (EDs) (Hart et al 2006). Seven per cent of these attendances involve fractures of the wrist and forearm, of which up to half are identified as torus, or buckle, fractures (Plint et al 2003).</p>
