Nurses leaving to work abroad: is ‘living the dream’ overseas an illusion?

Growing numbers of registered nurses are considering leaving the UK due to burnout and heavy workloads, enticed by the prospect of better pay and work-life balance in countries such as Australia, the Republic of Ireland, New Zealand, the US and Canada.
